Question:
Can I place product #PS1401010376 or PS1400990376 on either side of the trailer and create a landing gear? Or will the jacks work opposite unless reversed? Thanks.

The Pro Series jacks # PS1401010376 and # PS1400990376 are intended to be used on their own rather than joined as a set to create 5th wheel landing gear. Their drop-leg pull pins face in different directions; # PS1401010376 has a side-facing pin while # PS1400990376 has a forward-facing pin.
You can see all landing gear sets on the page that is linked for you. These include both weld-on and bolt-on jacks in both manual and powered types.
