The center piece between the extenders fell off where can I get another one passenger side.

K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror w/ Turn Signal - Electric, Heated - Passenger Side # KS62093G does not have any replacement parts. I reached out to my contact at K-source and they said you will need to replace the entire mirror.
