I am interested in this product. I am not happy with the scissor jacks on my trailer. I have a 2018 keystone outback 210urs. The dry weight of it is around 4,200 lbs. What is the leveling weight capacity of this system? What are the main differences between this product and that ultra fab power twin?

The best stabilizer jack recommendation I can make is the part # UF39-941705 because of the trailer frame widths it fits (48" to 80" wide), it's capacity of 6,000 lbs and the fact it just works very well.
It would be your best option for your 2018 Keystone Outback that we offer.
