The Rhino Racks with aerobars for a 2016 Nissan Frontier - Can I get 59-inch bars instead of 54? I need a little extra width.

Rhino-Rack recommends the 54 inch Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2 on your 2016 Nissan Frontier but that doesn't mean you can't go longer. The 59 inch, part # RRVA150B-2, will work and just be longer. You should check with your local laws to make sure you're not violating anything if they stick out too much.
For your truck you'll also need the Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK108.
