The two adapters you mentioned fit fifth wheel rail kits and give you a gooseneck hitch ball. There would be no way to use one of the plate adapters and a fifth wheel slider at the same times. But if you can email me back with more info on what you are planning on towing I can see what you'd need.
If I am understanding you correctly you want a set of fifth wheel rails so that you can tow a fifth wheel trailer and then an adapter to allow you to tow a gooseneck hitch?
