According to MagnaFlow, the Stainless Steel Crossmember-Back Exhaust System, # MF15897, will fit your 1967 Chevelle SS. This kit is a cross member back exhaust kit. My contact at MagnaFlow stated that you would need to fabricate or have a shop fabricate the section that goes from the cross member forward to the manifold or headers.

Part # MF15897 is a 3 inch kit but there is also a 2-1/2 inch kit, # MF15893. I have included a link to the installation details for both kits for you to view.
