The Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit # BD1824200100 referenced in your question can be used on the Bulldog Square Jack # BD1823050383, however it will reduce its capacity to 12,000 pounds so it may not be a good option.
If you are needing a sidewind trailer jack with the 22,500 pound capacity that the Bulldog Square Jack # BD1823050383 provides, I recommend simply sticking with the base unit and using it as a standard manual jack. You can add the Sidewind Crank # BD8001090283 for easy operation.
I also recommend looking at the 2-Speed jack set with the same capacity like the Bulldog # BD500153. The 2-speeds will make cranking faster and easier. When set at high gear, you will get one inch of lift for every 4-1/2 turns. The same sidewind crank mentioned above can be used on this unit.
