If you installed the Draw Tite trailer hitch part # 75673 on your 2017 Subaru Outback you could use the part # 18144 and with a short bracket #18140 or a long bracket # 18136 to easily mount the 4-way to the hitch tube.
For wiring you then would want the part # 118467 which is a confirmed fit.
