To use the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier, part # e98873, you'll need to equip your 2017 Honda Tucson with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver.
I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch, part # 75836. This easily installs without drilling and will provide the right type of hitch to carry your dirt bike. However, my research shows that a 2017 Tucson with a 2.0 engine would have a tongue weight of only 150 pound and with a 2.4 liter engine it would have a tongue weight of 200 pounds.
The etrailer Motorcycle carrier weighs 58 pounds so this would only leave you with 92 pounds on a 2.0 engine and 142 pounds on 2.4 liter engine for the weight of your motorcycle. Your motorcycle probably weighs more than the 92 or 142 pounds so instead of a hitch and a motorcycle carrier, you should use the hitch and a small trailer to carry your motorcycle.
You will need to purchase tie downs like the Erickson Ratcheting Motorcycle Tie-Downs, part # EM05710. This will allow you to secure the motorcycle to the rack safely.
I've included a video of the rack in action and an install of the Draw-Tite Hitch so you can get an idea of what is involved.
