Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2011 Nissan Sentra

Question:

I have a 2011 Nissan Sentra. I would like to get a ball hitch for my car. I have a bike rack that could attach to a ball hitch. I called Nissan and they werent sure if this type of car could have a ball hitch. If you could let me know, that would be helpful. Thanks so much.

You can certainly install a trailer hitch on your 2011 Nissan Sentra for use with a hitch-mounted bike rack.

You will just want to make sure that your existing bike rack is compatible with Class I trailer hitches while also noting that the most bikes a Class I hitch can support is 2, even if the bike rack itself is capable of carrying more.
