Question:
Hello I am looking to install a trailer hitch cover to my vehicle. The hitch cover is meant for a 2-inch hitch. I have a 2007 Ford Edge, SEL Plus. My vehicle has a class II hitch, 1-1/4, square. Would this product be the correct adaptor to allow the 2 hitch cover to be installed? Thanks for your help.

This Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter for Oval Trailer Hitch Covers, part #TM10009, is designed to be used if you have an oval faced hitch cover that is for 2 inch hitch openings and you have a 1-1/4 inch hitch opening that you would like install it onto.
You would remove the face of the oval hitch cover and then screw it onto the face plate of this # TM1009 and then you would be ready to install this onto your 1-1/4 inch hitch.
