The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror part # 11602 are a confirmed fit for a 1997-2004 Ford F150. You will want to use part # 11602 for passengers and part # 11601 for the drivers side.
If needed, we also have the Replacement Hardware Kit for Cipa Custom Towing Mirror part # CM11603 and the Replacement Glass for CIPA Mirrors part # 110GL.
I have attached an installation video of these mirrors on a 2004 Ford F-150 for you.
