Needing a Replacement Operator for an Vent on a 1985 Sunline Trailer

Question:
Hi There, I am looking to replace my operator in my old camper, I think I figured out which one it is, But there is one difference. My operator has a metal 90 degree handle on it and the new one has a black plastic knob on it, will my metal crank handle fit on this operator OR do I have to use the plastic knob? I believe the correct part is Item # BV0115-04. My antique is a 1985 Sunline trailer, I think it is a 19 foot.

The Replacement Operator w/ Knob and Screw for Ventline Vent with Metal Dome and Old-Style, Rounded Dome, # BV0115-04, will use include the plastic knob installed. The unit is meant to replace the whole operator unit on your vent. This means the metal handle will not have to be installed on the new unit.
Chances are the original handle will not fit the new operator and will be obsolete.
