Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller has two Little Knobs What are They?

brake control does it have any adjustment on it it has two little wheels on each side what are they for

On your Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 there are adjustments to be made, and the knobs you referenced will be a part of that. The knob on the right - if you are facing the LED screen - is the power knob, giving the brakes power. The other knob is the adjustment knob for your settings.
