For a trailer wiring harness for your 2016 Kia Sorento that does not have the factory tow package the T-One kit part # 118583 would be the best option. It's going to cost less than the factory Kia option and will work just as well.

It will install a bit differently though. This kit installs between the trailer tailight connectors to provide the trailer taillight signals and most likely the factory option uses a few harnesses to connect to a single factory trailer wiring connector that's just not present on your vehicle at this time. There will probably be some computer reprogramming on your vehicle as well.
