The TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack, # TH29200XT, will work well on the Leer cap on your 2013 Toyota Tacoma.
The CapRac includes mounting brackets that will attach the rack to the top of your fiberglass shell. There will be some drilling required to install the brackets.
The TracRac CapRac crossbars measure 65 inches in length and elliptical design will reduce wind drag and wind noise.
