The bike rack in the picture you submitted is the Hollywood Racks Over the Top part # HRF2 which is not a fit for your 2013 Nissan Rogue with a spoiler.
Instead the only option we have is the SeaSucker Hornet part # 298-BH1302 which is a confirmed fit and would work well.
