I bought the curt hitch mount from you C11473 and curt bike rack C18030. I would like to buy something that would lock the two together. Does this part fit this model? what options do I have?

The Pro Series hitch lock part # PS63100 that you referenced is designed for hitch accessories that have hollow shanks. The Curt bike rack part # C18030 has a solid shank so it would not work but I do have a great solution.
We have tested the Sportrack Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for SportRack Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SR0901 on Curt bike racks and have found that they work well together.
