We have INNO roof racks that are a fit for your 2014 Mazda CX-5, but none of them use the foot kit part # INXR that you referenced.
If you have a totally naked roof you would want the part numbers # INB127, # INSUT, and # INK758.
Or, if you have a roof rack that has rails that run from front to back you would want the part numbers # INB127 and # INFR.
