In order to transport a kayak and paddleboard, you'll need to have a roof rack. If your 2007 Nissan Murano has the factory-installed side rails on the roof, I recommend the Inno Aero, which includes the rack's feet, # INXS150, and crossbars, # INXB138-2. If your Murano has a naked roof, without side rails, I recommend using the Inno Custom Fit Kit, # INK312, feet, # INSUT, and crossbars, # INB137.
With a roof rack installed, you can then haul your paddleboard with the Rhino-Rack SUP Pads with Tie-Downs, # RRRWP03. The pads are 21-1/2" long, wrap around your crossbars and secure your paddleboard via covered cam buckles. Next to the SUP pads you use the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier, # TH834. This is a J-style carrier which can be used with a kayak that is up to 36" wide and comes with a pair of tie-down straps and a set of bow/stern tie-downs.
