What and where and how do you connect the blue side to?

Sounds like you are talking about the picture of the Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201 which I attached.
The blue side of the solenoid is to be ran to the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way which is the 1:00 pin.
