When a truck has the factory installed bed mounts, there will be what is called pucks in the bed of the truck.
A fifth wheel hitch like part # RP30051 will either use a picture frame like part # RP30156 to give you attachment points for the hitch, or you can use a hitch like part # BWRVK3370 that does not need a picture frame as it drops into the pucks in the truck bed.
If your truck did not come with the factory kit, you will need to install either an under bed or above bed kit for a hitch to attach to.
For a system with an under bed kit I recommend the Demco Hijacker. The under bed kit is part # DM8551000 and the hitch is part # DM8550022.
for an above bed system I recommend part # RP30035 for the rail kit and part # RP30083 for the hitch.
