Recommendation for a Kayak Carrier That Will Fit a TracRac Ladder Rack

I have a solution for you, but J-hook style Kayak carriers like the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier # S512 cannot fit the 4 inch wide crossbars that are on the TracRac Ladder Racks. The Rhino-Rack carrier can fit up to 3-1/2 inch wide crossbars.

A foam block like the Malone Foam Block for Kayaks, # MPG159, can fit the bars of a TracRac ladder rack and allow you to mount 1 kayak per set of blocks. The Malone blocks are sold a piece, so you will need two for one kayak.

I also recommend using the Malone Bow and Stern Tie-Down Kit, # MPG306. This kit will include 2 straps to secure both the bow and stern of one kayak.
