For your 2014 Chevy Camaro SS the Draw Tite Hitch part # 24850 that you referenced will work well for towing a lightweight jet ski trailer.

For trailer wiring you would want the part # C59496 if you have LED taillights or part # C56197 if you have non-LEDs.

For a ball mount you would want the part # 3594, 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256, and/or 2 inch ball # 19258.
