Can I Connect the Rear View Safety Wireless Camera System # RVS-155W to 12V Power and Leave it

Question:

No signal at monitor. if I disconnect from back up light and connect directly to 12 v power can I just leave it connected there? will that work?

Yes, you can connect the Rear View Safety Wireless Backup Camera System, part # RVS-155W, to 12V power and leave it connected. Some people prefer to do that instead of connecting the power to the reverse wiring so that they can look at the camera without having to throw their vehicle in reverse.
