I have the rails and bolts, spacers etc. from a previous install. Will L brackets 58023 or 58314 work for a 2017 Silverado 6.5 ft bed?

The # RP58023 brackets are for Rams so they are not what you need. The # RP58314 brackets are a universal fit so they will work on your 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 but you will need to drill into the truck's frame. I also recommend replacing the hardware, the brackets and hardware together is # RP30439.
If you would like the custom brackets for truck it's part # RP50064. This will reduce the drilling and be a much faster install.
