hi Will the pin and clip for class iii , iv and v ttrailer hitch reciver pin work with the maxx tow trailer hitch adapter to the existing hitch. Bike rack does not use a pin to attach to the 1 1/4inch receiver?

Yes, the hitch pin part # PC3 will work to secure the hitch adapter part # MT70033 that you referenced.
Your best option though would be the part # 63232 which has an anti-rattle device built into it as well as a hitch lock. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
