When the Prodigy P3 brake controller # 90195 displays the 00 message this means the unit has lost its connection to the trailer's brake circuit. This circuit includes all of the trailer wiring from the 7-way plug all the way back to the brake magnets.
The issue could be anything from a loose contact in the socket or plug to some trapped moisture or dirt or to corrosion inside the vehicle socket or trailer plug. A shorted-out brake magnet could also cause this message. Any of these things could cause the disruption to the brake circuit. Even a bad ground connection can cause this issue. You can start by checking the blue brake circuit wire for any signs of damage.
You can use the P3's built-in troubleshooting function and the linked article on brake controllers to help you diagnose where the issue is.
