Will this installation be compatible if I leave the Swagman bike rack in position ? I have the 2017 Colorado Diesel 5 ft 2 inch box. Thx

If you are talking about a bed-mount bike rack like the Patrol # S64701 then you would want to remove it prior to installing the DeeZee ladder rack # DZ951551. Otherwise it can affect the alignment of the ladder rack and the 2 parts have not been tested together so how each would perform is unknown.
I recommend using a tail gate pad such as the Tailwhip # S64761. This will allow you to safely transport the bikes while protecting the truck and the ladder rack and Tailwhip will not interfere with each other.
