Availability of 4 Bike Rack that Doesnt Touch Bike Frames and Can Tilt

Question:

I have 2017 Tacoma and want a hitch mounted 4 bike rack that doesnt touch the frame.. ALSO I WOULD LOVE to be able to open my tail gate. Any suggestions?

For a bike rack that only touches the bikes at the tire with no frame contact at all you would need to go with a wheel mount platform bike rack. The Saris Freedom SuperClamp part # SA4026F would be a great option for this as it can hold 4 bikes while only touching the tire.

It can tilt with all 4 bikes loaded to so it would give you some tailgate access but possibly not allow you to lower it all the way.
