Hello Will this converter work with led trailer lights ?

Yes. Trailer wiring harness # 118488 does work with both LED and incandescent trailer lights. The harness gets power for the trailer lights from the vehicle battery so no power is drawn from the vehicle wiring. I have included a link to the installation instructions.
