Installation Of MagnaFlow Universal Fit Catalytic Converter

Question:
How is this converter mounted to the exhaust piping, i.e. clamps, welding, whatever? When I looked under the frame I was not able to discern how it is connected with the exhaust system fore and aft.

The MagnaFlow Heavy Metal Loaded, Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter w/ Mid-bed O2 Port - Universal # MF99356HM is designed to be welded in place. It most likely will require cutting, bending, and welding to install this item and is best done by professionals.
