I suggest the Thule Pulse Alpine, part # TH613, for your 2011 Honda CR-V. It's confirmed by Thule to fit the factory crossbars and can hold 4 to 6 pairs of skis that are up to 210 cm long.
The overall weight capacity is 110 pounds. The Pulse Alpine also includes locks.
