Question:
Comparing the Draw-Tite #24952 to the Curt Hitch #C11420. Ive notice the Curt Hitch recommends a stabilizing strap, but it looks to have 5 bolts to the body and be 11lbs heavier. The Draw-Tite looks to only have 4 bolts to the body. Does the Draw-Tite #24952 require a stabilizing strap? My normal load will be a platform rack with two bikes, around 115lbs max. Thank You.

For your 2017 Toyota Corolla iM the hitch you are going to want is the Draw Tite # 24952. It does not require the stabilizer strap like the Curt # C11420 does when carrying a bike rack so it would be the way to go. It also has a better price.
The Draw Tite isn't necessarily stronger or weaker than the Curt. The strap recommendation is a warranty thing that Curt came up with. They tend to just be a bit more cautious than Draw Tite.
For your bikes and rack the Draw Tite would work well.
