How to Determine Which Solera Slider RV Awning is the Correct Size

My slide-out measures 12ft 10inch facia to facia i watched the install video kinda confused which one i need???

To determine which size Solera Slider you need you'll want to measure the box width of your slide room on the outside of the front of the box, including the flange. The size you want needs to be a minimum of 2-1/2 inches beyond each side.
So if you measured the correct location and your slide box width is 12 feet 10 inches you will want # LCV000168109 because it fits a box width range of 152 to 157-3/4 inches.

our slide out is 8 ft which is 96 inches,should i go with the 97inch or the next larger,kind of confused with the 2.5 inches more thing,
