Greetings, I have this hitch on a 2009 Clubman that I would like to reuse on a 2011 Countryman, is there a kit available that will allow this? Many thanks

Curt hitch # C11130 is for the Mini Cooper not the Clubman or the Countryman. I think you might have Curt hitch # C11387 which looks very similar and fits the 2009 Clubman but not the 2011 Mini Countryman.
The 2011 Mini Countryman is going to need a hitch designed specifically for it such as # C11333. I linked a video showing an example installation of the Curt hitch.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements. I have linked the Class I compatible 2-bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
