Unfortunately, we have not had the chance to get any photos or a video of the Curt Class II # C12143 on a 2016 Lexus NX 200t as of yet. I did grab a couple of images from the install details that I've attached. The install details are attached as well.

This hitch is confirmed to fit your Lexus.

If you're going to be towing you'll also need trailer wiring. The Curt Wiring Harness # C56268 will provide you with a 4-way trailer connector. This will power a trailer's running, brake, and turn signal lights. It installs by plugging directly into your vehicle's wiring behind trim panels on both sides of the rear cargo area in your Lexus. Then the hot lead will need to be run to the battery.

For a ball mount the Curt # C45521 is recommended. It provides either 2-5/8 inches or rise or 3-1/4 inches of drop. If this isn't the correct rise or drop you need I've linked our selection of Class II ball mounts as well as an article to help you determine the one you need.

For a hitch ball you'll need either a 2 inch, like # A-82 or 1-7/8 inch, like # A-80. Then use # F-4 for a pin and clip.
