The Replacement Rubber Bumper for Reese Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # 35036, attaches to the head with a screw that gets pressed down through the top of it and then is attached on the underside of the head with a nut.
If you needed the screw and nut you could get a Replacement Fifth Wheel Bumper Installation Kit for Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch and Reese, part # 58089.
