Is Install of Draw-Tite Hitch for 2017 Porsche Macan the Same as Audi Q5

Are instructions for this hitch specific to a Porsche Macan 2017 base or are they more so for an Audi Q5?

The process for installing the Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver # 75940 on a 2017 Porsche Macan is virtually the same as on an Audi Q5. The instructions, which are linked, list the steps which are identical. The difference is going to be the fascia trimming that is necessary. The instructions do address this separately showing pictures of the area that needs to be trimmed on a Porsche as well as an Audi.
The video we have, that I've also linked for you, is the hitch being installed on a 2016 Q5. This is only because at this time we haven't had the opportunity to install the hitch on a Porsche yet.
