Hitch Recommendation for 2016/2017 Subaru Outback Wagon
Updated 01/16/2017 | Published 01/14/2017 >
Question:
I have locktite hitch that fits a 2008 Subaru Outback. Will it fit my new 2016 or 2017 Outback? Adaptable in some way? Thx.

The Subaru Outback changed enough between 2008 and 2016 that a hitch would not be able to fit both or be able to adapt to fit the other.
The Draw Tite hitch part # 75673 is a fit for the 2016/2017 Outbacks and would be a great option. It's a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening that is compatible with more hitch accessories than 1-1/4 inch hitch accessories.
