I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Cast Center Class V - 2", # 41945, for your 2002 Ford E350 Van. It will give you the highest tongue weight rating by 1/3.
If you don't already have wiring I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118344. This can be used with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires, # ETBC7 to give you the ability to add a brake controller for towing a trailer with brakes if you don't already have that capability.
If you don't already have a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is a proportional controller with an LCD screen that takes the work of code deciphering out of the equation. It is customizable to your driving preferences and has 3 boost levels.
