For a no drill ladder rack confirmed to fit your 2014 Nissan Frontier I really like the TracRac SR system part # TH43001XT-603 which is a confirmed fit for your truck and would work great. I really like this rack because the uprights can slide forward and back and because if you ever wanted to install a tonneau cover you could since the hardware attaches to the inside of the bed rails.
