We can help you with planning the conversion of your trailer's electric drum brakes to electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) disc brake operation. A complete recap of the items needed is included in the linked article.
I also linked our main page for 7K hub-and-rotor disc brake kits from Kodiak and Titan. All are usable with 16-inch or larger trailer wheels and all have the 8-on-6-1/2-inch wheel bolt pattern. For a kit with 9/16-inch wheel studs you could use Kodiak kit # K2HR79E. I also linked our page for disc brake flanges.
For an EOH actuator I suggest the HydraStar # HBA16 which delivers 1600-psi pressure for your disc brakes. Be sure your trailer brake controller has a setting for use with EOH actuators, as the Prodigy P2 # 90885 does. Some brake controllers will not operate properly with an EOH actuator.
We do not offer an enclosure for the actuator, so if you want to ensure reliability you might consider the marine-grade actuator with breakaway kit and 7-way wiring, part # HS381-9067.
Brake line kits are linked for you, such as the tandem axle kit for 25-foot trailers # HS496-252 which has flexible lines.
Do note that sometimes it costs less to replace the axle with a complete new disc-brake-equipped axle than to assemble separate parts.
