Will these fit the Subaru factory crossbars? I bought a Thule wind fairing but the clips are too large for the Subaru bars.

Replacement clip # 8537361 is the same as what comes on the newer XT Thule windscreens and it does not fit the older model fairings so either way it would not work with the Subaru factory bars. You will need a more universal fairing. Rhino-Rack has several options depending on the length you need:
# RRRF1 is 32 inches long
# RRRF2 is 38 inches long
# RRRF3 is 44 inches long
# RRRF4 is 50 inches long
