I have a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander AWD. I purchased both the cross bar system with podium feet plus the kayak Nautic loader. The bars sold by the retailer in the set sent are too short. What is the length I need?

Sounds like you have the Thule Aeroblade Podium Feet part # TH460R already with the fit kit # THKIT3128 and now just need the correct length crossbars which would be the 53 inch bars part # TH711420 or silver # TH711400.
