Yes, the bulb in the Pilot Brake and Tail Light Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, item # CR-007, is replaceable with a Replacement Light Bulb, item # 1157. Just pop the lens off from the front bottom right hand side and the bulb can be easily replaced.

You may also be interested in a receiver lock to secure the brake light in your trailer hitch. The Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, item # e98880, would be an excellent choice. We a a video demo of this item for you to review, see link.

Does CR-007A come with Wiring diagram? Because Im going to wire it for a car without trailer hitch wiring. Thanks

It does not come with a wiring diagram as it is designed as a plug in unit. That being said, if you cut off the 4-Pole connector, the wiring color code is as follows: White - Ground Brown - running lights Yellow - Left turn/brake Green - Right turn/brake You can extend this wires and splice into the vehicle so long as the vehicle has combined brake and turn signals. If it has separate turn signals, like amber turns, then you will to use a converter box to combine the signals. At that point it would be easiest to install a 4-Pole Trailer harness and use the plug.
