Does thia come with the Shaft needed to mount into the Hitch female end. If not how much and can you provide?

The Swagman Traveler XCS # S64664, does not come with a drawbar to mount the bike rack on. If you have an existing drawbar and there is 3 inches of clearance to mount the bike rack onto the drawbar.
If you need an extended drawbar for the Towing Rack, we offer the Ball Mount 3/4 inch Rise or 2 inch Drop, 13-1/4 inch Long, item # BM20, that can be used with this bike rack. Be sure to stay within the vehicle, hitch and ball mount tongue weight rating when using this bike rack.
