Size of Hole Needed to Install the Fan-Tastic Roof Vent FV802250

Question:
Hi - I notice that your product page says the rough opening size should be 14 1/4, while the FanTastic Vent site says it should be 14. Which is correct, or will either work? Thanks

Rough cut openings for roof vents have a bit of wiggle room on the dimension. Between 14 inch and 14-1/4 inch would work well with the Fan-Tastic roof vent part # FV802250.
