Most camper trailers with electric drum brakes use a 7-way RV style plug like the one on part # H20046 and so you'll need a mating 7-way socket on the C10. This socket will carry all lighting signals as well as brake power and 12V auxiliary trailer power to your Casita. You will also need a brake controller to send power to your trailer brakes.
You will need a 4-pole harness on the truck, which we'll then adapt to the 7-way type using our Brake Controller Install Kit # ETBC7. If you do not already have a 4-pole you can use part # 18252 or # C58044.
The ETBC7 kit includes all the parts you need to install a brake controller like the excellent Prodigy P2 # 90885. This brake controller will slow your Casita at the same rate that your pickup slows down and this will avoid the tug-of-war feeling that can occur with time-delay type controllers.
I have linked for you several videos and an article to help guide your installation.
