Will this rack accommodate 2 womens step through bikes also called comfort bikes? These bikes dont have a horizontal bar. I

In order to load bikes with step-through frames onto the Thule Spare Me bike rack # TH963PRO you would need to use 1 adapter bar per bike to create a horizontal top tube. I recommend # 64005 and I have linked a video showing how it works.
